A holding company's advantage is time. We use it. Decisions are made with a ten-year horizon, and we accept that the best opportunities are rarely the fastest ones.
Restraint
Not every adjacent business is a fit, and not every property is worth owning. We pass on more than we pursue, and we are comfortable saying no.
Stewardship
The companies and properties under our ownership are held in trust for the next generation, not just the current one. Maintenance, governance, and documentation are treated as core work.

Return window
Returns may be requested within fourteen days of receipt, provided goods are unused and in their original condition. Custom and made-to-order items are excluded unless faulty.

- We will reply with return instructions and, where applicable, a return address.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within fourteen days of receipt and inspection of returned goods. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return arises from an error on our part.
